About the Role

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence across various channels.

This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and event promotion. You will work closely with our leadership team to design and execute marketing campaigns that engage audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaigns:

    You’ll design and execute innovative digital marketing strategies across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, driving lead generation and brand growth.

  • Content Creation:

    You’ll develop engaging, SEO-friendly content for newsletters, social media, and websites, enhancing audience interaction and engagement.

  • Social Media Growth:

    You’ll manage and grow our social media channels, ensuring consistent engagement and a strong online presence.

  • Performance Optimization:

    You’ll monitor market trends and analyze campaign performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

  • Analytical Reporting:

    You’ll track key performance indicators (KPIs), provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements to enhance overall marketing efforts.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    You’ll partner with sales and event teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives across channels.

  • Strategic Leadership:

    You’ll lead and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive event promotion, lead generation, and brand awareness.

  • Trend Spotting:

    You’ll stay ahead of the curve by researching digital marketing trends and proposing innovative tools and strategies to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Pro:

    You bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in the events or training industry, with proven success in managing ad campaigns and social media growth.

  • Data-Driven Thinker:

    You’re comfortable analyzing performance metrics and making data-backed decisions to optimize campaigns.

  • Creative Strategist:

    You can turn fresh ideas into action, crafting campaigns that captivate audiences and convert leads.

  • Tech-Smart:

    You’re proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software, with strong knowledge of SEO.

  • Proactive Achiever:

    You take initiative, solve problems independently, and ensure tasks are completed to the highest standard.

  • Adaptable & Agile:

    You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot strategies when needed.

  • Team Player:

    You collaborate effectively across departments, ensuring alignment and shared success.
