Here will be your core responsibilities:
  • ​Provide personalized support to clients through their customer journey - to work through their challenges, roadblocks as they take action for their businesses
  • ​Keep clients accountable for their actions by proactively checking in with them 
  • ​Provide customer service to ensure clients' needs are met with WOW experiences
  • ​Assist main coaches with guiding clients through FAQs so main coaches can focus on other more important areas of coaching 
  • Tracking and managing clients' progress
  • Build rapport and strong relationships with coaching clients
  • ​Constant review with clients to ensure their needs are met and to seek for points for improvement of company's products and services
Qualities That Will Make You Shine As A Client Success Manager in VM:
  • High EQ; strong people's skill to allow connection to clients so you're able to support them and get them to take actions effectively
  • ​Effective communicator; able to understand and convey information well to and from clients, teammates and partners
  • ​Able to work under pressure and uncertainties in the volatile climate; loves adventure & challenges 
  • ​Follows through tasks & projects with excellence; Thorough and attentive to details 
  • ​Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, grow and improve continuously - whether in skills or in personal development
  • ​Critical thinking & problem solver - you make things work through creativity, resourcefulness, and innovation
  • ​Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

  • ​Able to follow up with clients and nurture them consistently; have a genuine care in clients' success
  • Coaching and facilitation skills
